BlueRibbon Coalition Fall Board Meeting 2004

The main news of the Fall Board meeting is that Bill Dart, Executive Director, resigned from BRC. Clark Collins, BRC Founder, will take back over the reins of BlueRibbon and continue the good work of BlueRibbon.

The BRC Strategic Plan is alive and well, and time was spent updating the action items of the plan. We also further developed our strategies for the newly released OHV Rule (USFS), as well as the Route Inventory and Designation process.
